Featuring Climate and Non-Climate Controlled Units
Johnson Colonial Properties has just opened a new mini storage facility, COLONIAL STORAGE. Located on Highway 75 south, just north, and adjacent to Atwoods.
Phase 1 of the facility houses our main office, and two storage unit buildings, one climate controlled building, and one non-climate building. Non-climate unit sizes are 10x15, 10x20, and 15x20. Climate controlled unit sizes are 10x15, 10x20x 15x15, and 15x20. Thirty-six units are available, for rent, in total.
Climate controlled units are interior units and are equipped with heat and air, and a humidistat. The average temperature range for climate controlled units is 55 to 85 degrees. The humidistat aids in the control of excess humidity, to keep your items protected from the outside elements.
The storage buildings are surrounded by concrete drives, which helps make the units more accessible. Added security measures include, 24/7 video surveillance, security gate, 24/7 keyless entry with individualized gate codes, and fencing around the total perimeter.
